[No] Advanced Level Switching

I think you should be able to move to another level in multiplayer and anyone else that did not switch would stay there and be able to continue playing instead of everyone moving. Of course this would need a control to turn it on or off but with it people could have co-op "Squads". I think its a cool idea.
