I wish to tell I noticed one thing, in 1.30 editing package progs do not include *.bat files, only cmake ones (for Linux users maybe?); I am just afraid that new users that use Windows could be confused and wouldn't know how to make progs.
I could wish you good luck, but you do not have 'Luck' attribute.

Um, so, when 1.31 will be out? 
I have a feeling engine improved nicely since 1.30 was released, also lots of Strife-specific bugs were fixed.

There are some other things I would like to go into the next release, as Janis said, it's coming soon.
