Compile Vavoom on Windows

I have two qustions .
1) How compile Vavoom on windows with Microsoft Visual C++ ?
2) Can I do maps on Doom Builder 2 for Vavoom and if you say - yes. How i can connect Vavoom to DB 2 ?
